■ 삼법인 : 무상+무아+일체개고

- 무상 : 모든 것은 변한다.

- 무아 : '나'로 인한 모든 것은 실체가 아니다.

- 일체개고 : 모든 존재는 결국 고통이다.

 

모든 것은 변하고, 고정된 자아도 없으므로 무상과 무아를 받아들이지 않으면 집착으로 고통이 된다. 

 

※ 사랑이 변하므로 괴롭지만 본래 변할 수 있는 것이라 여기고 편안하게 내려 놓으면 집착과 걱정도 사라진다.

※ 세상의 존재로 살아가더라도 결국 죽음은 피할 수 없다.

The Three Marks of Existence

• Impermanence (Anicca): Everything changes.
• Non-self (Anatta): All things born from the notion of 'self' have no true substance.
• Suffering (Dukkha): Every existence ultimately bears suffering.

Since all things change and the self has no fixed essence, failing to accept impermanence and non-self leads to attachment—and thus, to suffering.

※ Love may bring sorrow because it changes, but if you understand that change is its very nature and let go with ease, attachment and anxiety will fade away.
※ Though we live among worldly beings, death remains inevitable in the end.
